Terms of Service

Africa Data Center Map LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) provides screening-level site feasibility assessments for data center development through africadcmap.com (“Service”).

Reports and data generated through the Service are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use purchased reports for your internal business evaluation purposes only.

You may not:

• Redistribute, publish, or share reports with third parties without written consent
• Use reports or Service outputs for competitive analysis or to develop competing products or services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, derive, reconstruct, or replicate the underlying methodology, algorithms, scoring systems, or data pipelines
• Systematically download, scrape, or bulk-access reports or map data
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or confidentiality markings

All proprietary methodology, scoring algorithms, data pipelines, analytical frameworks, report templates, and software remain the exclusive property of Africa Data Center Map LLC. Purchase of a report grants no rights to the underlying intellectual property.

Reports are screening-level assessments based on remotely-sensed data and automated analysis. They do not constitute engineering studies, investment advice, or development recommendations. Site-specific surveys and professional assessments are required before development decisions. The Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
